When Should You Order Your Wedding Confetti?

It’s never too early to order your wedding confetti! If your wedding is less than 3 months away, we offer immediate delivery so you get your petals without delay. If your wedding is more than 3 months away, we recommend using our Delayed Delivery service. Order months, or even years, ahead of your wedding day, and we’ll dispatch your confetti from our petal shed one month before your big day. No need to worry about storage, and you can tick your confetti off the wedding to-do list with ease.

How Much Confetti Do You Need?

The amount of wedding confetti you need depends on your guest numbers and how full you’d like your confetti moment to feel.

As a guide:

  • 50 guests: 5 litres
  • 100 guests: 10 litres
  • 150 guests: 15 litres

If you’re planning a large confetti throw or want plenty for photographs, it’s always worth ordering slightly more. Any leftover petals can be kept as a keepsake or used for styling tables. Our handy Confetti Calculator will help you work out the perfect amount.

Popular Ways to Display Wedding Confetti

Displaying your confetti thoughtfully makes it easier for guests to take part and helps create beautiful photographs.

Confetti baskets
A classic and relaxed option. Baskets placed at the ceremony exit allow guests to take a handful of petals, creating a natural and flowing confetti moment.

Confetti cone boxes
Confetti cone boxes are perfect if you prefer a more structured display. They are easy for guests to grab and can be arranged neatly on a table or confetti station.

Confetti Sachets
Simply place your confetti sachets on each guest’s chair on the morning of the wedding, or attach them to your order of service. All the petals are safely contained inside, so your guests don’t need to worry about damaging the delicate petals when holding them. This is a neat and elegant option that works well for structured ceremonies or outdoor venues..

All three options pair beautifully with February’s Mix of the Month and suit a wide range of wedding styles.
