Want to cancel or return your order?

  • You are able to cancel your order before it's left the Petal Shed.
  • Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
  • Refunds must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept refunds or cancelations on Pick and Mix petals OR personalised products like personalised confetti or handmade dried flower arrangements as these are made to order.
  • Refunds can only be returned using the original method of payment. 
  • We are not able to provide free returns labels.

How to return your order

  • Log into your account below, or contact us with your order number to let us know you wish to return your order.
  • Carefully pack your return in a sturdy box, in a saleable condition. Poorly packaged items cannot be refunded.
  • Add a note in the box with your full name, order number and any reason for return in the box. Make sure to cover your original delivery address.
  • We accept no responsibility for lost returns so we advise posting tracked/signed for.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, please note delivery costs are not able to be refunded.
