Terms & Conditions – Shropshire Petals Nearlywed 2026 Campaign

By applying to the Shropshire Petals Nearlywed 2026 campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must be getting married in 2026.
• Applicants must have an active Instagram and/or TikTok account
• Applicants must be aged 18+ and based in the UK.
• Applicants must confirm that their wedding venue allows the use of real petal confetti.

2. What Shropshire Petals Provides

If selected as one of the 5 brides/grooms:

• You will receive a gift box including petal samples and more.
• You will receive a confetti package of your choice, with free delayed delivery service.
• £100 wedding contribution to your wedding fund.
• You will be featured on the Shropshire Petals blog and social channels.

3. What We Ask From You

By participating, you agree to:

• Share regular content on Instagram/TikTok showcasing your journey (unboxing, choosing petals, final delivery, and your wedding day confetti moment).
• Tag @ShropshirePetals and use the hashtag #teampetalconfetti when posting content related to the campaign.
• Provide us with a copy of your professional wedding photos/videos featuring your confetti moment (with your photographer’s permission).
• Complete a short Q&A interview for our blog feature.

4. Content Rights

• By applying, you grant Shropshire Petals the right to use your submitted content (photos, videos, quotes, social posts, and interviews) across:
• Social media channels
• Website and blog
• Digital/print marketing materials
• Paid advertising campaigns
• Credit will always be given where possible (for example tagging your Instagram or naming your photographer).

5. Selection Process

• Applications close: 30th November 2025
  
  
• The Shropshire Petals team will review all applications and select 5 final brides/grooms/nearlyweds.
• Final decisions are at the discretion of Shropshire Petals and are non-negotiable.

6. Additional Notes

• If selected, you must remain in contact with the Shropshire Petals team throughout the campaign (your dedicated contact will be Alannah).
• If a bride is unable to participate (for example, change of wedding date or circumstances), Shropshire Petals reserves the right to offer the place to another applicant.
• If the bride/groom/nearlywed does not comply with all details laid out in ‘What We Ask From You’, Shropshire Petals reserves the right to end the agreement at any point.
• No cash alternative will be provided in place of confetti package.
