In the past, guests would bring their own confetti, but these days, it’s often forgotten, or worse, they bring non-biodegradable paper or metallic confetti!
To guarantee that dreamy confetti shot, provide enough for at least half your guests. This way, you’ll have plenty for tossing and your photographer will have more opportunities to capture those magical moments.
How Much Confetti Do I Need?
No need to guess, our handy Confetti Calculator will work it out for you! As a general guide:
- 1 litre of confetti covers 10-12 handfuls.
- For 100 guests, 5 litres will provide for 50-60 handfuls, or 10 litres will cover 100-120 handfuls.
Tip: The more confetti, the merrier! Extra confetti means more photo opportunities and added magic to your day.

- If your wedding is less than 3 months away, we’ll send your confetti out right away.
- If your wedding is over 3 months away, select delayed delivery, and we’ll ensure your petals arrive fresh and ready for your big day.
