Here at Shropshire Petals, we care deeply for the health & welfare of both our team and the wider community. We're following the UK government advice and updating our procedures as and when new guidelines and information becomes available. We are taking all the necessary steps to safely dispatch orders, answer your calls and reply to your emails.
As we are an online business we are able to safely be operational and offer a little slice of positivity and joy during these difficult times. We are reviewing this on a daily basis to make sure we're doing everything we can.
During this time we are not allowing any visitors to the farm for collections of confetti.
What we are doing for our existing customers
We've been busy contacting all our couples that have had to postpone their weddings, offering to move their Delayed Delivery dispatch date to their new wedding date, and advising couples that have already received their orders about what to do with their petals. If your wedding has been affected please do get in touch via email email@example.com or phone 01952 691553. We're working through these as quickly as possible. You can also log into your account and change your dispatch date on your Delayed Delivery orders yourselves.

Thank you to all the incredible work from the Emergency services have been doing, particularly the NHS. We are so grateful and will eternally be in their debt due to their commitment and compassion. We've created a special discount for NHS workers as our way of saying thank you, as for details.
Whilst we are all doing our part to stay at home and reduce the spread of this virus, we're inevitably spending more time online and on social media. Whilst it's good to know what's going on, it can be hard on our mental health and so we pledge to offer all the positive vibes we can to keep spirits up. Remember to throw kindness like confetti!
