Oh Christmas Tree...

Christmas certainly does bring out the carols, a good Christmas song always makes you feel festive.  Well I'm sensing a theme, last blog post was was 'tis the season to be jolly fa la la la la, la la la la' today has got to be 'Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...' Jess has had Michael Bublés Christmas album on repeat all day so it's a pretty festive place to be here at Shropshire Petals!  

Jess and Rose went off to Sheriff Hales Church to decorate a tree on behalf of Shropshire Petals last week.  Rose even got into the Christmas spirit with her santa hat.  Full of SP made decoration it looked a real beauty. 

What's that I spy... a lovely bauble I see, a Shropshire Petals bauble it is! We took a nice clear bauble and filled it with Midnight Blue delphiniums for a pretty twist on a Christmas decoration.  So simple and easy to do, don't forget to add some glitter if you want your petals to sparkle against the Christmas lights.   

Jess used a bunch of wheat to make decorations with some pretty red ribbon, lots of different coloured confetti filled baubles and then Rose topped the tree off nicely with a Corn Dolly angel bought from Something Corny- isn't it sweet!
