Hello August...

Why hello August, it's so nice to see you x x

Yes we love it when August comes around here at Shropshire Petals, the sun's shining, the sky is blue and the fields are blooming.  Wth both peak wedding season and harvest throughout August we don't do things by halves here at SP and we love it, that's what it's all about.

And with another month comes another new and exciting mix of the month.

August is a mix of a bucket load of amethyst, a pail of icing sugar and a sprinkling of envy! Well, to be fair the amethyst is a pretty purple petal, a light cadbury purple or lilac delphinium to be exact.  The icing sugar is also made up of delphinium petals, creamy white petals.  Then there's envy, my beloved envy, a stunning green hydrangea petal. 

We've been inundated with sample requests for lilac and green this month, along with cadbury purple that's been top of the trends all year long so it seemed this mix was inevitable, but who would have thought pretty pastels could really pack a punch!
