DIY temporary flower tattoos
Bespoke Bride blog have outdone
themselves again by creating a wonderful blog post all about DIY temporary
flower tattoos, proving that confetti isn’t just for throwing! We loved it so much; we just had to share it
for you all to see.
These temporary tattoos are
made using our natural
petal confetti. They would
look amazing at a festival themed wedding. They are perfect for bridesmaids, yourself or you could even set up a
little flower tattoo studio for guests to help themselves.
Here’s what you will need
to create your own flower tattoos:
1. Natural petal confetti
2. Eyelash glue
3. A few heavy books – for flattening the petals
4. Hairspray
Step 1
Place your petals within
the heavy books and allow them to flatten. Bespoke Bride left them for 3-4 hours, which was plenty of time.
Step 2
Take your eyelash glue and
apply it to the back of one of the petals, then adhere it to your skin. Bespoke Bride created flower shapes by positioning
5 petals together. You can create any
pattern or shape you want – get creative!
Step 3
Continue adding petals
until you’re happy with the design and pattern you’ve created.
Step 4
When you’re finished, spray
the flowers with a little hairspray to give them some extra stick! They will then stay on really well.
The petals used to create
Bespoke Bride’s wonderful flower tattoos were Icing Sugar, Candy Floss and
Frosted Blue. Head to the pick
and mix tool to choose your colours.
Go on, have a go and send us photos of your DIY flower tattoos.
Love as always, SP x x
