Burns Night

Burns night falls on the 25th January, which is this Sunday, so we've no doubt that lots of you will be celebrating this weekend!

So today's blog is taking on a Scottish theme! We headed up to Scotland in October for the Scottish wedding show, and our aptly named 'Highland Fling' was a firm favourite among brides and grooms-to-be.

Highland Fling confetti 

A pretty purple  mix with a very appropriate name for a Scottish wedding!

If you're planning a traditional Scottish wedding we've got a few purple themed ideas for you....

Scatter 'Highland Fling' around a medium wheat sheaf for table decorations, get creative with lavender - add some sprigs to the outside of a jar to create this homemade candle holder. Our 'Bonnie Lass' confetti mix is perfect if you're opting for a heather colour scheme. A name tag tied to a sprig of lavender creates a simple purple name place.
