Have Fun and Play Games
Games are a great way of unwinding, why not play cards with your household, or even a cheeky game of triominoes? The first UK lockdown saw the rise of the online quiz, maybe it's time to shake it up a little, with game of Drawful, where you guess what others are drawing?
Create a DIY Dried Flower Wreath
If you're feeling creative, and love flowers, you could make yourself a stunning DIY Dried Flower Wreath in time for Spring! These rustic wreaths make the ideal finishing touch to your home decor, hang your wreath on your front door, in the window or place flat on your table as a centrepiece.
Choose which dried flower colours you prefer in your wreath and get everything delivered to your home. You could even get a few friends in on the action, by having kits delivered to their homes too, and make your wreaths together via video chat! A virtual wreath making day, it will feel like they're right there with you, can you pass the scissors!
Explore new walks around your home
Make sure to get your much needed exercise, it's good for your body and mind. Take the dog for a walk and safely explore your neighbourhood. If there's a public footpath that you've never ventured down before, why not find out what's at the end? Just make sure to follow the government guidelines at all times and keep everyone safe.
Be kind to yourself
We hope this has given you a few ideas of things to do, to keep you busy during Lockdown, we'd love to hear your ideas too. What's been keeping you busy?
Just remember not to put too much pressure on yourself, it would be amazing to learn a new language, read all those books you've been meaning to read, or bake every form of banana bread there is, but if you don't have the energy or drive to do those things, it's OK. Sometimes you just need to watch a bit of Netflixs and take it easy. Just do what you can and stay safe.
