Katie spills the beans about her perfect confetti moment...

Using the petal mixer, Katie created a mix using 'Bluebird', 'Midnight Blue' and 'Cerise'.

Why have you chosen this mix of petals?

Because I couldn’t tell you the mix that I actually want - that’s top secret! So I’ve chosen a mix that’s bright, bold and beautiful.

Do you think your confetti mix is seasonal or could brides choose this mix all year round?

All year round, it adds bold colour to a winter wedding and will catch the light well for a fab summer wedding shot.

Which Shropshire Petals products would you use to create your perfect confetti shot? 

The Shropshire Box. I think I’d buy 2 boxes; one with green cones and one with purple. I’d then alternate the cones between both boxes – I love mixing colours up.

If you could choose anywhere in the world to have your confetti moment, where would it be and why?? (think outside the box!)

I’d like to set off in a hot air balloon after the wedding at sunset, throwing petals down and showering the guests in confetti. Why should the guests have all the fun!?

Do you have any tips for brides to be who are hoping to create the perfect confetti shot?

Relax, smile and enjoy! If you enjoy it, it will be perfect and the photographer will capture that. It’s by far the best photo for your thank you cards.
