Autumn blooms: match your confetti to your bouquet
Two down and one to go, we love chatting to brides-to-be at the National Wedding Shows, giving confetti advice for their weddings. So far this show season, we've had lots of brides asking about autumn themed weddings, so today we talking all about how to match your confetti to your autumn wedding bouquet.
Orange, burgundy and green
Typical autumn colours, this bright bouquet features gorgeous orange, burgundy and green tones. These colours stand out perfectly when walking down the aisle.
Shropshire Petals pick and mix - we have had a play with our pick and mix tool and choosing a mix of Ginger Snap, Burgundy Berry and Envy would compliment this bright bouquet.
Cerise, aubergine, green and blue
Autumn is the season for getting creative. We love this bouquet featuring cerise pink, aubergine and green with a delicate hint of blue. Using a variety of colours on your wedding day will give you the freedom to use colourful details to decorate your venue as well.
Shropshire Petals pick and mix - we have chosen to incorporate all four colours featured in this bouquet by mixing Cherry Blossom, Blue Bird, Envy and Aubergine.
White, purple and blue
This bouquet reminds us of a sunny autumn sky. With hints of blue and purple, these darker colours really make the white stand out, at the same time as keeping the bouquet subtle not to detract the attention away from the bride.
Shropshire Petals pick and mix - we have created a mix that will make the blues and purples stand out on your confetti photos by combining Icing Sugar, Midnight Blue, Amethyst and Frosted Blue.
Yellow, burgundy and mauve
Including hints of sunshine in your autumn wedding is the perfect way to brighten up even the darkest of autumn days. This pretty bouquet featured large yellow sunflowers with burgundy and mauve tones.
Shropshire Petals pick and mix - we love how yellow really enhances other colours, so we have chosen a mix of Icing Sugar, Burgundy Berry, Delilah with Honey'b for a stunning confetti mix perfect for your autumn wedding. Add a sprinkling of this mix to your reception tables to carry the theme through.
The wedding aisle
Are you having a Halloween wedding? Why not use pumpkins to make an aisle for you to walk down. Team these with some dried leaves or some additional orange and green confetti - simply stunning!
