27/07/2010: Isn't it lovely!

Well well all the fields are in bloom and our petals are looking stunning!

Here's a peek at our flowers in bloom in the filed.

So above we have 'icing sugar' 'raspberry fool' and 'midnight blue'- don't they look lovely!

And we've still got lots more that are growing beatifully as we speak! I can't wait to see our 'candyfloss' and 'amethyst'!

Lol, but it's so true- this site has really got me hooked, it's got so many ideas to inspire you all and help with your planning... and it even has a dedicated section for all you confetti lovers... 'confetti favours and decorations'- we love it!

08/07/2010: Meet the team!

Hey Everyone, time to meet the team!

Well with the harvest fast approaching and the wheat already in the dryers to produce our lovely wheat sheaves and bunches I thought it was about time that you all meet the team!  We had a lovely morning photo shoot with our trusty photographer Bruce who has been working on a book of photos to do with a year on the farm, Bruce even took it to new heights taking the pictures from the air! (With the help of the JCB of course!) 

But it's not all work, sometimes we do let our hair down, we had a bit of fun with this one!

There's Michael and Rosemary- Chief Bubbs at the helm of the business!  Then there's the Arable team, managing the land and looking after all the crops and the Shropshire Petals ladies making sure all your orders are beautifully made up and ready for your special day!

02/07/2010: Shropshire Petals is in Bloom!

Hey all our lovely petal bloggers, long time no speak!

Well I've been sunning myself off on holiday in sunny wales and now I'm back and ready for a good season, we've had so much sunshine I'm looking forward to the harvest this year!  We're growing more petals than ever and we even have a new addition to the petal ladies team! So any questions just give us a ring or an email and I'm sure Jess would love a chat!

With the new harvest fast approaching I've decided to keep you all up to date with a weekly update and lots of lovely pics of the fields to show you all how your beautiful petals are coming along.  So watch this space and you'll see lots of nice new pics!
