13/07/2007: Thanks for coming!

Last night we held a very successful farm walk, which started at 7.30 and went on until around 10.30pm, it started well with a great turn out of people raring to go. Alan and John drove the tractors and we all went for a hay ride!!! A tour of all the field's was in order, stopping at important points to talk about the crop, what its for, and how its growing (funny and educational). We then took the scenic route back to the farm to talk about what happens once our products are harvested. Then into the petal shed for refreshments and homemade cakes (thanks Rose). A good time was had by all.
